Brigid Loftus is the Chief Operating Officer of Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi), where she leads the execution of the firm’s operational strategy across a growing multidisciplinary organization. In her role, she oversees day-to-day operations, organizational integration, and strategic operational initiatives, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure that supports long-term growth, efficiency, and performance across the business. She partners closely with leadership teams to streamline operations, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure operational priorities align with the firm’s broader strategic objectives. 

With more than 15 years at ESi, Loftus has held progressive leadership roles including Chief Integration Officer and Director of Administrative Services. She has led initiatives, including enterprise integration efforts, organizational restructuring, process standardization, and created scalable procedures to support continued growth. She has also played a key role in managing processes related to acquisitions and organizational transitions, helping unify teams, systems, and operations while maintaining a strong focus on culture, communication, and business continuity. 

Loftus specializes in organizational integration, operational process development, and enterprise-scale workflow management within technical consulting environments.  Her experience includes identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows and implementing solutions that improve both organizational performance and employee experience.  She has continuously focused on building and leading high-performing teams by establishing clear operational frameworks and translating strategic objectives into actionable, scalable processes. Her ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution has made her a trusted leader during periods of growth, change, and organizational evolution. She began her career as a paralegal in a litigation firm before supporting highly specialized engineers, scientists, and investigators in complex litigation, regulatory, and forensic matters.  

Her background bridges legal process, technical expertise, and executive leadership, giving her a practical, systems-oriented perspective on leading teams in high-stakes environments. She holds a BA in English from the University of South Carolina and a Paralegal Certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training.
